We are here to help.

What is your phone number?
-
715-231-4994
Do I need an appointment?
-No, but it helps us serve you better.
Do I need X-Rays?
-It depends on your history.  Without a thorough history of your complaint, we can't be certain if you will need X-Rays or not, but while we may recommend them, ultimately, it is your decision.

Does it hurt?
-When performed correctly, chiropractic adjustments do not hurt.  If you can relax the muscles in the area being adjusted, you probably won't feel any pain at all

What is that sound?
-If you've been adjusted before, you know what we're talking about.  Sometimes, you will here a loud "popping" or "cracking" sound.  We refer to this as a cavitation.  That sound is not coming from your bones!  The joint spaces are filled with fluid, and when we adjust a joint, the area is stretched.  Since fluid can't expand, gases are pulled out of the fluid, which makes a popping sound.

I had a friend who went to a chiropractor, and he had to keep going forever, will I have to keep on coming in for adjustments?
-Your doctor will give you a recommendation of care based on their previous experience treating complaints similar to yours.  They have a pretty good idea how long it will take for you to get better.  Keep in mind you will feel better sooner than when your body is actually better.

Do you take my insurance?
-Red Cedar Chiropractic will bill most insurances as a service to you.  We are preferred providers in a number of networks, but most of your care will most likely be paid for by insurance even if we are out of network.
